Wendy Zeng

Wendy Zeng (she/her) serves as the Project Management Coordinator of the Paragon Policy Fellowship. She is currently at UC Berkeley studying climate policy, with focuses on technology and entrepreneurship.

Wendy first joined Paragon as a Fellow on the Summer 2024 Santa Clara team working to create a cybersecurity risk metric. She continued as a Project Lead for the Fall 2024 Los Angeles team researching the role of AI in language interpretation, and the Spring 2025 Montana team drafting digital accessibility policy.

Beyond Paragon, Wendy enjoys watching films, listening to music, taking photos, and exploring new hobbies.
