OUR PROGRAM
Hands-on Policy Experience
Fellows contribute 8-10 hours of remote work per week for three months to develop technology governance solutions in direct collaboration with state and local agencies. They develop policy in direct collaboration with the government officials responsible for implementing their ideas. Project areas include AI, cybersecurity, digital accessibility, aerospace, broadband and more.
Community & Mentorship
Fellows join our Paragon community and alumni network that includes future leaders in technology policy and digital governance. Current and former Fellows also have access our exclusive mentorship program, where they gain guidance from esteemed professionals in technology and public policy.
Training & Resources
Fellows learn how to write and think about current policy challenges through our cohort bootcamps and policy workshops. They also hear from guest speakers across government, academia, non-profit, and the private sector.
