Srija Konathala

Srija Konathala (she/her) serves as a Project Management Coordinator at the Paragon Policy Fellowship. She is currently at Georgia Tech majoring in computer science, with concentrations in AI/ML and Human-Computer Interaction and a focus in entrepreneurship.

Srija was raised in the UK, where she ran initiatives to create inclusive environments for students. She was elected by her county and served as Chair of youth council projects to address school-based discrimination. To increase access to STEM education for girls, Srija led a product-design initiative backed by Amazon and ran her school's first student-led research club, culminating in their AI policy. She currently serves as a member of the Teens in AI Alumni community to further her impact.

She is currently a founder building in femtech and looks to increase interest for women in technology and entrepreneurship.

Outside of Paragon, Srija enjoys hip-hop, matcha, digital design, and hopes to go paragliding.
