Ruth Ayele

Ruth Ayele (she/her) currently serves as the Professional Development Coordinator at the Paragon Policy Fellowship, where she identifies emerging needs among fellows and builds programming that reflects current trends in policy and professional growth. She also works as a Commercial Associate at EAB, and her experience spans commercial strategy, data analysis, and nonprofit leadership.

Ruth earned her degree in Information Science from the University of Maryland, where she developed a deep interest in technology regulation, data privacy, and intellectual property. She continues to explore these areas through independent research and ongoing professional development.

Outside of her work, Ruth volunteers as a Court Watcher in Prince George’s County District Court, observing hearings to support transparency and community accountability. In her free time, she enjoys upcycling clothing, exploring new cities, and listening to live music.
