Rohan Krishnan
Policy Education Coordinator
Rohan Krishnan (he/him) currently serves as the Policy Education Coordinator on the Learning Analytics & Research portfolio of the Paragon Policy Fellowship. He is a second-year master’s student at the University of Pennsylvania studying Data Science, and holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.S.B.A. in Business Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh.
Rohan was a Paragon Fellow for the Summer 2026 term, where he served as Project Lead for the Fellowship’s partnership with the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. His team cataloged the challenges residents face in accessing digital services and evaluated AI as a potential tool for addressing those accessibility gaps. In his current role, Rohan runs Paragon’s workshop feedback and group-trial surveys, prepares and analyzes the resulting data, and drafts findings on how well the Fellowship’s teaching is working. His portfolio’s goal is to build an evidence base Paragon can act on, so that each cohort learns more than the last.
Outside of Paragon, Rohan enjoys playing tennis, writing, and volunteering. He’s an avid reader with a soft spot for science fiction and fantasy, and he’s always happy to trade book recommendations!
