Rhea Midhe

Rhea (she/her) is a Program Operations Coordinator of the Paragon Policy Fellowship. She is a sophomore at Arizona State University (ASU) majoring in Business Data Analytics and Supply Chain Management with a strong interest in operational strategy and business innovation.

Rhea was a Fellow for the Spring 2025 semester of the Fellowship, where she assisted the City of Tempe in developing a data literacy curriculum for City of Tempe employees.

As Program Operations Coordinator, she is responsible for overseeing the behind-the-scenes logistics of the Mentorship Program and coordinating the Speaker Series. In this role, she ensures participants have a meaningful and structured experience throughout the program.

Throughout her college career, Rhea worked at Let’s Jetty, focusing on market trends, customer engagement, and growth strategies, and at SkySong Innovations, she helped research, market, and develop commercialization strategies for new technologies. Currently, Rhea is an Assistant Policy Analyst for ASU where she conducts research and analysis of policies, programs, regulations, or strategic initiatives.
