Parita Shah

Parita Shah (she/her) is a grant writer for the Paragon Policy Fellowship. She is a recent graduate of Harvard University where she majored in computer science. She is particularly interested in the interaction between technology and society and wrote her senior thesis on this topic.

She was a Fellow during the spring 2025 semester of the Fellowship, where she assisted the state of Montana in understanding and rethinking the funding structure of their IT department. As a grant writer, she is responsible for drafting, editing, and polishing grants to secure funding for Paragon.

Outside of Paragon, Parita works as a software engineer. She enjoys spending her free time cooking, reading, and doing occasional freelance photography work.
