Noreen Ahmed

Noreen Ahmed (she/her) currently serves as Project Management Coordinator on the Operations Team at Paragon. She also works at a technology consulting company building AI solutions for federal and non-federal clients. She recently graduated from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with degrees in Computer Science & Biomathematics and a minor in Political Science.

Previously, Noreen was a fellow on Paragon's Fall 2024 Georgia team and collaborated with the Georgia Technology Authority and Georgia AI Council to refine its AI policies. She also was a fellow on Paragon’s Spring 2025 Madison, WI project to help develop the city’s comprehensive digital accessibility policy. She has been a Project Management Coordinator on Paragon’s organizing team since Summer 2025.

In her free time, Noreen loves graphic design, playing piano & guitar, and cafe-hopping.
