Research Coordinator
Nghia Pham is a recent graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where he earned dual B.A. degrees in English and Political Science. He currently works as a Legal Resource Assistant at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, supporting Intellectual Property and Technology partners on litigation and regulatory matters.
At Paragon, Nghia was a Fall 2025 Fellow focused on AI governance and public-sector risk assessment, contributing to procurement initiatives for the City of Tempe. He will continue with Paragon as a Research Coordinator following the conclusion of his fellowship, where he supports publication pipelines and research dissemination efforts that elevate fellows’ policy work.
His academic research spans technology governance, media law, and global policy, with work presented at national conferences and currently under journal review. Nghia aims to become a licensed attorney specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology Law, advancing innovation through responsible legal and policy frameworks.
Outside of work, Nghia enjoys DJ’ing, reading JSTOR essays, and playing Brawl Stars (Highest Rank: Legendary I).
