Juana Wong

Juana Wong (she/her) currently serves as a Policy Education Associate for the Paragon Policy Fellowship. She is based in NYC and recently graduated from the City College of New York with a B.S. in Computer Science.

In Summer 2026, she served as a Paragon Fellow to support the City of Los Angeles' language access initiatives by developing an evaluation matrix to assess digital tools and service configurations against criteria such as stakeholder feasibility, scalability, infrastructure costs, and data security compliance to guide technology selection for municipal departments and their community-based partner organizations. Her professional interests center on data engineering and software development that enhances community wellbeing, quality of life, and access to critical services.

Outside of Paragon, Juana enjoys reading, visiting her local library, and developing personal software projects.
