Isabella Collins

Isabella Collins (she/her) is a senior at Brown University, where she double concentrates in International and Public Affairs (Security) and East Asian Studies, with a focus on Chinese language and foreign policy. Her academic interests include technology policy, global governance, and cybersecurity, particularly at the intersection of emerging technologies and international security.

At Paragon, Isabella serves on the Advancement Team as Social Media Coordinator. She helps manage Paragon’s social media platforms, creates content, and works with the design team to share the work of fellows and grow the organization’s presence. She also supports the bi-cohort newsletter and other communications efforts.

Outside of Paragon, Isabella writes for the Brown Political Review and plays trumpet in the Brown Jazz Band. She’s originally from Northern Ireland and Colombia, and in her free time she enjoys running, swimming, and spending time outdoors.
