Hyerin Cha

Hyerin Cha (she/her) currently serves as the Project Management Coordinator for the Operations Team of the Paragon Policy Fellowship. She is a senior at George Mason University, majoring in Global Affairs with a concentration in Global Economy and Management.

Previously, Hyerin served as a Paragon Fellow in Spring and Summer 2025, where she developed a Weaponized AI Scorecard in partnership with the U.S. Department of State and co-authored Montana’s Cybersecurity Stakeholder Guide.

As a Project Management Coordinator, she monitors team workflows, facilitates conflict resolution, and manages cross-team documentation and communication to ensure smooth program execution across all government-partnered projects.

Outside of Paragon, Hyerin is passionate about the intersection of technology, policy, and finance and has experience in digital marketing, data-driven research, and educational mentorship.
