Garv Jain
Advancement Director
Garv Jain (he/him) currently serves as the Director of Advancement of the Paragon Policy Fellowship. He is currently an undergraduate student at George Mason University, majoring in Global Affairs with a concentration in Media, Communication, and Culture.
Garv was a Paragon Fellow for the Fall 2024 semester, where he collaborated with the City of Brownsville, Texas, to address the widening digital divide resulting from the impending termination of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). He then served as Paragon’s Media Coordinator for two semesters, where he lead the Fellowship’s media and outreach strategy. He now serves as the Director of Advancement, leading a team charged with expanding Paragon’s organization presence nationally, promoting the work of fellows, and creating a network of early-career technologists and policy makers.
Outside of Paragon, Garv volunteers with cultural exchange organizations and is a competitive Bollywood-fusion dancer. He is passionate about diplomacy, cultures, languages, and TV shows!
