Claudia Hebert

Claudia Hebert (she/her) is a Policy Coordinator at Paragon Policy Fellowship. She is a recent graduate of Arizona State University with a Masters in Program Evaluation and Data Analytics with a focus on community-centered methods.

Previously, Claudia served as a Spring 2025 fellow with the city of Madison, Wisconsin, assisting the city with policies and best practices for digital accessibility. As a Policy Coordinator, she supervises project leads and their teams throughout the fellowship and supports their deliverable creation.

Outside of her work for Paragon, Claudia works as a research analyst for an education non-profit focused on creating equitable, student-centered assessment of executive function skills. Her research experience spans both education and public health.

In her free time, Claudia enjoys reading, learning Spanish, and designing her apartment with thrifted pieces.
