Annie Beckman

Annie Beckman (she/her) serves as the Executive Director of the Paragon Policy Fellowship.

She is also a J.D. candidate and holds graduate degrees in organizational leadership, cybersecurity, and space policy. Previously, she served as an active-duty officer in the U.S. Army and continues service in the U.S. Army Reserve. Her professional experience spans civic technology, space operations and policy, cybersecurity and information technology, and humanitarian operations. As a Paragon Fellow and Project Lead for Summer 2025, she led a cybersecurity strategy and policy review for the state of Montana.

Outside of work, Annie volunteers with youth advocacy and performing arts programs. Her interests include classical music, supporting women’s sports, running (slowly), and the Raspberry Pi.
